FFL 2013 #1 & GCD Cadenza

I was in the process of doing pictures of Gwen Carillon’s recent release, GCD Cadenza, when I lost one of my favorite Aunts to cancer, my mom’s baby sister.  She was so beautiful, even on her sick bed.  She had the most amazing spirit and an unshakeable faith despite being in an overwhelming amount of pain for an extended period of time.  I think the more pain she was in, the stronger her faith became.  I am all too happy to extend my blog post about Cadenza to include some of the first purchases I’ve made at this year’s Fashion For Life, which has some vendors that give profits to further the search for a cure to cancer.

GCD Cadenza is a combination of classic, playful, elegance and variety to fit most any mood.  Above I’m wearing one of the long versions of the skirt that follows the curve of the body with a full dress bodice and a uniquely delightful hat.  I chose to wear the long cuffed gloves and I’m wearing a skin that I found at Fashion For Life on the Artemis at Ephesus sim, Essencial’s Belladonna Tan.  On the same epic sim, I found the beautiful diamond and ruby necklace on my neck from Virtual Impressions called Trisha.

Above is a closer look at the Virtual Impressions Trisha necklace, and the Belladonna skin that can be found at FFL.  Here I have on extra eye make up so the skin itself is  softer than I’m currently displaying.  I really like the lips on the Belladonna skin.  This one, with white shadow encircling the eyes is the Winter version of Belladonna.

Cadenza comes with a bra top and a min flirt version of the skirt.  You can wear the bra top opaque like above or sheer like below.  There is also a sheer version of the Cadenza panties and Gwen includes tattoo layers if you need them.  Above I’m wearing Bamboo Nails, Red Fishnet.

Gwen has also included Lolas Tango appliers with Cadenza for those who love to sport a fuller look up top!  I like wearing Lolas Tango but I’m still having trouble getting them to fit seamlessly into my looks.  I’ll have to spend some more time playing with my breasts looks like.

The first photos I took in Cadenza I took in the company of the man I love.  Above I’m wearing another version of the full skirt as I dance in one of Alexandar Vargas’ beautiful ballrooms.  Jordan has again graciously agreed to share with me what he’s wearing in a look that’s sure to catch the eyes of most ladies.

The Fashion for Life sims are incredible.  You’ll just have to go see!  And please spend some money.  Cancer steals our loved ones.  We need to find a cure.  I’ll be going back and will share more of my finds.

Start with the smaller sizes, they do look much better.”
